Approved affiliates earn on closed Security & Compliance Operations Diagnostic fees and the first 12 months of referred managed MRR. Rates are confirmed in your approval email and may differ between Standard and Customer-advocate tiers.
How does referral tracking work?
We use a 90-day last-click referral cookie on bitscaled.tech and VaultTools lead captures. If a prospect submits a tool or contact form within that window, attribution is tied to your referral code.
What is the clawback period?
Commissions can be clawed back within 30 days if a referred deal is cancelled, refunded, or found to violate program rules. After that window, approved commissions move toward payout.
Do I need a Bitscaled login?
No. Affiliates do not use Intranet, Workspace, or Admin portals. Use your referral link and the public dashboard lookup with your private code.
How do VaultTools help referrals?

Affiliate program terms (summary)
By applying you confirm you will only refer prospects you have a legitimate relationship with, will not spam or misrepresent Bitscaled pricing, and will follow applicable referral laws and professional ethics rules.
Commissions are earned on closed Security & Compliance Operations Diagnostic fees and the first 12 months of referred managed monthly recurring revenue, per your approved tier. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent traffic are prohibited.
Attribution uses a 90-day last-click cookie on Bitscaled properties and VaultTools lead captures. Commissions may be clawed back within 30 days of recognition for cancellations, refunds, or policy violations.
Payouts require an approved affiliate profile, valid tax documentation when required, and a payout method on file. Do not submit bank account numbers through this form — Bitscaled will collect secure payout details separately.
Bitscaled may suspend or terminate participation for abuse, brand misuse, or conflict with the separate MSP partner program. Full terms are provided upon approval.
