License Arbitrage sits next to Billing: it measures idle seats from your Workspace license and asset records, prices the waste, and queues reclaim, downgrade, and consolidation recommendations that a person approves.

Most teams register self-serve. Healthcare, manufacturing, legal, financial services, and defense organizations, and anyone with regulated data in scope, start with a discovery call.

How licensing works

1Register. Tell us who you are and how you will use the module. It takes a few minutes.
2Get routed. Most teams continue self-serve. Regulated industries and regulated data go to a discovery call.
3Sign. We send your license agreement to sign and invite your organization admin to Client Workspace.
4Pay and activate. Pay the license invoice through PayPal in Workspace, and Bitscaled activates the module.

What the License Intelligence license covers

Inactive seat analyzer. Unassigned seats and seats on retired, removed, or inactive devices and users are priced as waste.
Recommendation queue. Accept, dismiss, or defer reclaim, downgrade, and consolidation recommendations.
Billing reconciliation. License cost is compared with invoice lines, and differences above your threshold are flagged.

Managed IT and security services, data migrations, and other Workspace modules are scoped separately.
