License Autonomous Self-Healing Infrastructure

Self-Healing is the policy gate between your remediation agent and your environment. A known failure class with an enabled playbook, reachable inventory assets, and room in its blast-radius budget is allowed; Tier 2+ playbooks wait for a human to approve or veto; anything unknown fails closed to a human ticket. Every decision is audited under the agent’s name and written back to a Workspace ticket.

Most teams register self-serve. Healthcare, manufacturing, legal, financial services, and defense organizations, and anyone with regulated data in scope, start with a discovery call.

How licensing works

1Register. Tell us who you are and how you will use the module. It takes a few minutes.
2Get routed. Most teams continue self-serve. Regulated industries and regulated data go to a discovery call.
3Sign. We send your license agreement to sign and invite your organization admin to Client Workspace.
4Pay and activate. Pay the license invoice through PayPal in Workspace, and Bitscaled activates the module.

What the Self-Healing license covers

Policy-gated playbook catalog. Versioned playbooks carry trigger conditions, preconditions, rollback steps, and a blast-radius tier; organization admins enable or disable each version.
Inventory-bound targets. Runs bind to Workspace asset records by asset id, serial number, or asset tag—never a guessed hostname—and an unknown asset blocks the run.
Approval rails and veto. Tier 2+ (medium and high impact) playbooks always wait for human approval, and a queued run can be vetoed before it fires.
Ticket writeback. Every block and every reported outcome creates a Workspace ticket with the playbook version, targets, and alert event attached.

Managed IT and security services, data migrations, and other Workspace modules are scoped separately.
